Top-Level Domain (TLD) Locator (non-Javascript)
This is a reduced-functionality version of the TLD Locator for users without Javascript.
Top-level domains are the last part of a website's address (the .com in www.10stripe.com). There are more than 250 top-level domains currently in existence, most of which are 2-letter "country code TLDs" (ccTLDs). This locator can help you find the country of origin for a website using a ccTLD, or just provide information on a TLD you are not familiar with.
Data source: Internet Assigned Numbers Authority.
The following ccTLDs are being phased out:
.gb - Great Britain (replaced by .uk)
.tp - East Timor (replaced by .tl)
.su - Soviet Union (broke up)
.um - United States Minor Outlying Islands (no registrations) - shown on this map for Wake Island, Baker Island, and other islands it was intended to serve
.yu - Yugoslavia (broke up)
The following TLDs are not shown because our map software does not know where the places are:
.ac - Ascension Island
.ai - Anguilla
.aq - Antarctica
.as - American Samoa
.ax - Aland Islands
.bl - Saint Barthelemy
.cc - Cocos (Keeling) Islands
