Map of Intel Codenames
Intel often chooses codenames that are the names of real-world locations, because they are memorable, easy enough to spell, and not generally trademarked. This map shows the locations that have inspired Intel processor codenames.
Click a country to zoom in. Click and drag a box to zoom a particular area. To zoom out, click Zoom Out, click a body of water, or right-click and choose Zoom Out. Mouse over points to get more information. See Help: Maps for more.
Please note that some locations are "best guess" choices. Intel does not generally publicly explain the meaning of its codenames.
