How to change Internet Explorer window size

Open one Internet Explorer window. If you currently have more than one open, close all but one.

If that window is currently maximized, click on the "Restore" button at the top-right of the window.

Resize the window to whatever size suits you by dragging its edges (sizing it so it fills the screen is popular).

Close this window. New windows should now open to this size.
